By creating a LangBeat account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use LangBeat.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you grant LangBeat the licence needed to host, process, separate into stems, analyse and display it so the product can work, and to show it to people you share it with.
You must have the rights to what you upload. Do not upload music you do not own or have permission to use. We respond to valid copyright complaints and will remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on LangBeat. You may not upload, post or share content that:
- is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- harasses, threatens, bullies or targets any person;
- is hateful toward a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualises a minor in any way;
- depicts or glorifies graphic violence or self-harm;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation;
- is spam, a scam, or deliberately deceptive;
- infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
Anyone can report content from inside the app, and you can block another user so their content and activity no longer reach you. We review reports and act on them — removing content, and suspending or terminating accounts where warranted. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
Sharing
A share link makes the linked content reachable by anyone who has it. Public tracks and artist pages may be indexed by search engines. Do not share content you do not want to be public.
Availability
LangBeat is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using LangBeat and delete your account at any time.
